I've always thought I would be a writer, if not now, at some point in my life. I never thought I was going to paint. Life is full of surprises, they say. Some of the better ones come from inside us. I'm going to be a writer, I thought, and I would write about the light we carry along with our darkness. I've started to paint instead, and my brushes want to tell the story of light in the forest and how we become alive, sometimes behind masks

Paintings in Oil, Acrylic, and sometimes with digital layers. Abstract portraits and landscapes. I am in love with the light in the forests, the clearings, and fall colors - but what I paint and how I paint it is just an emotion. My life is a journey between languages, countries, and cultures, between lives, actually - so it's only natural that my paintings are as eclectic as my life.
